Graphic design for the everyday things your business needs to look right

The ongoing production work that keeps an existing identity consistent, day to day — the next flyer, the next set of social graphics, the signage for a new location, designed properly instead of cobbled together.

If you already have a brand and just need the next thing designed well — that's this. If you don't have a brand to work from yet, that's a different (and earlier) conversation.

[ WHAT THIS COVERS ]

Concrete things,
not an abstract discipline

A starting point — adjusted to whatever your business actually needs designed.

Social media graphics

Posts, stories, and profile assets that look like they belong to the same business.

[ OFTEN CONFUSED — GENUINELY DIFFERENT ]

How this is different from a branding project

BRANDING

The foundational identity project — the logo, colours, type, and system a business builds once and lives inside for years.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

The ongoing production work that uses that identity day to day — the next flyer, the next set of social graphics, designed consistently.

If you don't have a brand to work from yet, building one comes first — designing one-off pieces without a system to anchor them tends to mean redoing the work later.

[ HOW IT'S TYPICALLY SCOPED ]

$80/hour · $280 half-day · $500 full day

Most graphic design work is project-based or hourly/day-rate, because the scope varies so much from one request to the next — this is the same rate structure as the hourly tier in the branding breakdown, since the work is closely related.

[ QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING UP FRONT ]

Straight answers,
before you have to ask

What kind of graphic design work do you take on?

The everyday things a business needs to look right — social media graphics, flyers, brochures, menus, pitch decks, packaging, and print collateral. If it’s a visual asset for your business, it’s likely something I can help with.

How is this different from a full branding project?

Branding sets the system; graphic design applies it. If you already have a logo and colours, this is the ongoing or one-off design work that puts them to use. If you don’t, a branding project is usually the better starting point.

How much does graphic design cost?

It’s usually priced per project or by the hour, depending on the work. Small one-off pieces start low; ongoing or multi-asset work is quoted up front so there are no surprises. The pricing page has the detail.

Can I get the files for both print and digital?

Yes. You’ll get the right formats for wherever the design is going — high-resolution, print-ready files for anything physical, and optimised versions for web and social.

Do you offer ongoing design support?

Yes — if you regularly need new graphics, I can work on a rolling basis so you’ve got a consistent go-to designer rather than starting from scratch each time.
